Protection of participants is key

Great analyses are based on data- and facts, not on anecdotes. Though the latter can be a strong carrier of corporate culture, which is why they are collected. Out of many individual opinions Bachmann Analytics develop context and weave neuronal correlations. In doing this, all interviewees are protected in multiple ways and are individually sheltered. Having conducted thousands of interviews, it did not happen one time, that a single piece of information about an individual ever leaked out. Nothing ever could be traced back to one person.

Bachmann Analytics in-depth interviews are based upon the following principles:

• Cross-sectional surveys or representative samples are always performed in cooperation with workers councils, and occasionally with the data protection commissary or representative of the client organisation.
• The participation in the interview is always and strictly voluntarily.
• Neither client representatives nor workers council members will ever get any name of any interviewee.
• All information and data in the reports will be aggregated. It is impossible to trace back anything to an individual.
• All information is handled under strict confidence. The highest measures of secrecy, data protection and confidentiality are applied.
• In the case of a deeper analysis a representative, cross-sectional sample will always be interviewed.
• No-one will ever see notes and minutes from the interviews apart from myself.
• The highest standards in regard to safety, data protection and safeguarding personal rights are in place.
• After a project or analyses has ended, all data, notes and minutes are destroyed.
